What we collect, and what we do with it.
Our reading, not legal advice. This page is Voyage's plain-language reading of what applies to a small studio's website. We are not lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice to you.

Who we are
Voyage LLC (“Voyage”), a design and brand studio. For anything about your data, email hello@voyage.design.
What the contact form collects, and why
When you send the form on the contact page, we receive the fields you filled in, and use them only to reply to you about your project:
- your name and email address (required), so we can reply;
- your company (optional);
- the project type and budget range you chose (optional);
- your message;
- the time it was sent, and a one-way hash of your network address, used only to stop the form being flooded. The address itself is not stored with your message.
We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. You get one automatic email confirming we received your message, and after that only replies from us.
Who receives it, and where
Your message passes through these services, each in the United States:
| Service | What it does with your message |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts this website, runs the form, and stores a copy of each message (Vercel Blob). |
| ClickUp | Holds the message as a task so the right person at Voyage is notified and replies. |
| Resend | Sends the one confirmation email to the address you gave. |
What the site records without the form
The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts. It counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which Vercel describes as using no third-party cookies and recognising a visitor only by a hash of the request that it discards after 24 hours. Like any web host, Vercel keeps short-lived request logs (address, browser, page) to run and secure the site.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers the choice in its own storage on your device. Nothing about it is sent to us.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for as long as we are talking with you about a project, and deleted within two years of our last contact unless they become part of a signed project's records.
Seeing, correcting or deleting it
Email hello@voyage.design and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it from each service above, and reply within 30 days.
